A foreign goddess of yesterday toying around with the problems of today. She's able to influence the probability of a particular outcome-- she can't make the impossible possible, though, and doesn't have the patience to influence anything over the long-term, so you could argue that she's really not THAT dangerous. Human interactions are uniquely volatile and move at a rapid pace, so that's what she's always dealt most with.

Virilis, as people usually call her, is devoted to making sarcastic jokes to toy around Sibylla - well, in proper terms, light up her “friend’s” mood - while also trying to pass off as an enlightened but bored individual travelling through Earth. The travelling part seems to have faded off nowadays, as she usually resides with Sibylla now, wandering Gensokyo on brief occasions looking for something fun to do. It’s just a question of time until she finds another person to toy around together with jackpot noises and tricky danmaku (while sewing relation laces in the background).
